SCOPE
Space Group were appointed to design, supply and fit-out new servery counters and back of house kitchen to assist with 400+ covers at Millbrook Garden Centre Cafe.
OVERVIEW
Space Group worked with Millbrook Garden Centre to establish their kitchen and servery counter needs for the service style and food offerings they would be providing. Due to the variety of food offerings, having an efficient kitchen which uses space effectively and enables ease of workflow for staff, minimizing staff movement and maximising efficiency is essential.
Alongside the hot meal servery counters there is also a self service coffee station, grab & go and a fresh cake table to name a few of the offerings! With such a range in food choice, it was essential we worked closely with the Millbrook garden centre team in order for the kitchen design and layout of the servery counters to make service more efficient. The separate counters with the different food offerings allows customers to choose what they want without having to queue for things they don’t wish to have. Furthermore, these counters were designed in such a way that they have a logical flow for the customers making it easy for customers to see where they can head to next.
