At Space Group, as well as providing warranty support, our range of aftersales services include reactive and planned preventative servicing of catering equipment and refrigeration.

This is carried out through a network of competent engineers centrally controlled by our service office. Our service team pride themselves on providing a friendly, professional and fast response.

Our team are always on hand to take your call throughout the day. We look to attend all service calls quickly, liaising with the customer at every juncture. Our team are trained to carry out initial questioning and troubleshooting over the phone to aid with the pre-attendance diagnosis and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

This is often advisable to ensure you derive the maximum value from your asset investment in terms of performance and longevity. Catering facilities and their operations are unique, so we tailor each PPM programme to your specific requirements.

Managing your call

Our established call management system details full site-by-site information including equipment listings and service history.

We can provide technical information on any specific item of equipment, summarising previous maintenance work and total historic repair spend, enabling our customers to make informed decisions about when to repair and when to replace an item.
