With a limited client budget, we were able to utilise three of our key skills; importing new European sourced product, creating bespoke manufactured furniture in-house and reupholstering existing product the hotel already had.
Space Contract Furniture worked with Mitre Linen to rejuvenate the tired hotel lobby and 160 bedrooms. With the bar being situated in a high traffic area, new high-walled acoustic sofas were specified to create more private areas alongside reupholstering other existing lounge chairs to match the new jazzed-up scheme.
Other new items of furniture were introduced including bedside tables, coffee tables and upholstered headboards in a striking organic fabric from Arley House. Working alongside Mitre Linen who tied in the new window dressings and bedding, these executive rooms have no been brightened and modernised for both business and family clients.
