Danbury Gardens

Collaborating closely with Danbury Gardens, Space Group took on the responsibility of refreshing both the front-of-house and back-of-house areas for this care sector project. Our comprehensive scope of works encompassed a complete strip-out, new interior design, custom furniture installation, and the design and production of service counters.

Our Space Group Interior Contracts team successfully rejuvenated their Care Home space, introducing new carpet and Karndean flooring in the front-of-house area, effectively separating the dining section from the relaxed seating zone.

Our specialist manufacturing team was tasked with creating a servery counter to be positioned in front of a captivating wall mural that depicts the rich history of Leicester. This innovative counter boasts hot plates to ensure that food remains deliciously warm throughout the entire serving period.

The challenge we faced at Danbury was to transform the space, making it less reminiscent of a typical day centre for the elderly and more akin to a luxurious hotel, all while considering the unique needs of different users. We are proud to say that we met this challenge head-on.

To further enhance the overall ambiance, we introduced matching curtains and blinds that harmonised seamlessly with the interior colour scheme, align perfectly with the furniture, walls, and geometric design of the feature floor lamps. This revitalised space now serves as a vibrant, inviting environment for residents to relax, socialise, and dine.

The transformation is a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence in the field, and we take pride in having achieved a truly remarkable outcome.
