Hello. We are here to remove the hassle. We are the Space Group team providing reactive and preventative service of catering equipment and refrigeration. We do this through a network of specialist engineers centrally controlled by our service office. Our service team pride themselves on providing a friendly, professional and fast response. COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Our team are always on hand to take your call throughout the day. There is also an out of hours service available for emergencies. We look to attend all service calls quickly, liaising with the customer at every juncture. Our team are trained to carry out initial questioning and troubleshooting over the phone to aid with the pre-attendance diagnosis and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
We can schedule annual or biannual maintenance health checks, dependent on your individual servicing requirements. Our engineers will provide a complete service to the equipment, checking function, condition, clearing jets on gas equipment, rectifying simple faults and advising on parts required. We can also ensure compliance by completing a kitchen Gas Safety Check whilst on site as part of the maintenance visit, if required.
MANAGING YOUR CALL
Our established call management system details full site-by-site information including equipment listings and service history. We can provide technical information on any specific item of equipment, summarising previous maintenance work and total historic repair spend, enabling our customers to make informed decisions about when to repair and when to replace an item.

The engineer that we send will have specialist knowledge of the equipment. This means we’ll send out a refrigeration engineer for your walk-in fridge, an expert for your combi steamer and a warewashing engineer for your dishwasher
We’ve kept the costs clear and transparent with a simple pricing matrix which includes a call out rate and then an hourly labour rate for each category of catering equipment maintenance and catering equipment servicing. The only other cost is the cost of the parts themselves
