When Wiltshire County Council wanted to convert two small units into one larger office, Space Interiors were approached to complete the building works.
The unit was set up as part of the Wiltshire Incubation Environment (WIE) concerned with creating a supported incubation and enterprise environment across the county for start-up and early stage businesses. In particular the Incubator Centre was aimed at ex-services personnel that had either retired or left the services and who wanted to set up their own business. A key element of the project is the provision of expert support and coaching to maximise the opportunities available to the businesses and to assist in overcoming any barriers to start up and growth.
The Centre needed to be welcoming as well as functional with plenty of large and small meeting space available.
- New mezzanine flooring to maximise the light into the building
- Light and airy atrium space in the centre of the unit
- New partitioned offices
- Complete fire rating to the new facility
- Suspended ceiling and a new spiral staircase
- Decoration and flooring to a fresh and contemporary scheme
I was very impressed with the overall installation and their help in getting over any problems, I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Space Interiors againAmanda Histed - Architect, Bush Consultancy
