Design a Scheme encompassing; New Kitchen, Restaurant Servery and Furniture. Additional works on site: Design and Fit-out Shop Retail Area, create new Cellar Room within back of house areas to service the new Bar.

OVERVIEW
Having previously worked with The University of Gloucestershire, Space Group were asked to supply a quote for a new kitchen, restaurant servery and furniture at it’s Pitville Campus. Once appointed, Space worked to value engineer the initial plans and were asked to expand their works to include fitting out a retail area and creating a cellar room to service the bar.
Space pulled together all teams within the group to complete this project. From interior design, equipment procurement, bespoke furniture specialists and interior fit-out team, it was a real team effort!
On-site we finished the bespoke bar and counters by hand, tiling in different patterns to fit with the overall interior design scheme. Our Interiors team built a new cellar room to service the bar as well as a new Retail area. New flooring, hygienic wall cladding, lighting and services alterations were applied in these areas, to fit with the existing building finishes.
We love the eclectic industrial feel to the finished interior, which compliments the exposed duct work perfectly. A monochrome backdrop could make the space feel enclosed, but teamed with vibrant colour accents, high ceilings and natural light, the area feels bright, spacious and on trend.
