Space was appointed to install the main kitchen and bar, along with the finishing kitchen and two show-stopping wine displays in the private dining rooms.

As soon as the new extension to the original main kitchen was complete, work began to install the main kit that would support the 15 strong brigade. This
required some bespoke stainless steel fabrication in order to follow the wall profiles and internal angles of the ‘old meets new’ room. The main kitchen now has a butchery area with bespoke wooden chopping block, a Williams wall mounted refrigeration cupboard and its own separate cold room with meat hanging rails. There is also a pastry section with inlaid marble worktop, undercounter Gram refrigeration and separate MKN combi oven. The rest of the kitchen is equipped with top of the range energy efficient appliances throughout.
Two impressive feature pieces now connect the kitchen to the front of house; a large open hearth oven, manufactured in Australia by Beech, is on full display and used on a daily basis to bake fresh breads, succulent roasts and tasty casseroles. Now located in the centre of the dining room is a chargrill, for guests to watch as their steaks and fish are freshly cooked.
In the hotel’s stylish bar the sliding door bottle coolers are all bespoke, as are all of the stainless steel units. The bar also benefits from a Winterhalter undercounter glasswasher with Reverse Osmosis Unit that provides the highest possible quality water for the perfect finish.
Downstairs each of the private dining rooms has its own impressive floor to ceiling feature wine wall, where all of the hotel’s wines are stored. Each bespoke unit is self sufficient with remote refrigeration built into the chilled cabinets. With adjustable LED lighting the bottles are displayed at such an angle that every label can be read.
